Security Deposit	$250
Cancellations	$200 Security Deposit will be returned if cancellation occurs before February. If cancellation occurs between February and May, there will be a $50 transaction fee, and the remaining $200 will be returned. If the cancellation occurs after May - no deposit will be returned.
Check-In	After 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-Out	By 10:00 AM on day of departure. Before Check-Out: Please take all trash to the dumpster behind the house. Please place all furniture in it's original location. Please clean any messy areas - to include the kitchen. Please return the key to the lock box across the street.
Phone Usage	All long distance calls require a calling card or calling collect.
